Application

STEP 1

Surface Preparation:
Ensure the adhesive or mortar is fully hardened, joints are clean and empty to at least two-thirds of tile thickness, and any excess material inside joints is completely removed.

STEP 2

Mixing:
• Take water into a clean mixing pail. Add RTM Powder and mix thoroughly by hand or with a slow speed mixer (<300 RPM). • Allow the mix to slake for 2-5 minutes and remix.

STEP 3

Grouting:
• Introduce grout into joints using a green rubber float and press firmly with a hard rubber squeeze/grout floater.
• Hold the float at 90° and pull diagonally at 45° across joints and tiles to avoid pulling out material.

STEP 4

Cleaning:
• Clean surplus grout from joints and tiles within 30–45 minutes, before it dries.
• Use a damp, rough-textured sponge in circular motion to remove residue without disturbing joints.
• Remove light grout residue with Roff tile cleaner, keeping joint finish intact.
