Application

STEP 1

All surface cracks and patchwork restore with polymer modified mortar (PMM) prepared using Dr. Fixit Super Latex

STEP 2

Apply a coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select, diluted with water in a 2:1 ratio, as a self-priming coat at a rate of 8–10 sq. m./liter. Allow this coating to dry for 3–4 hours before applying the first coat.

STEP 3

Apply the first & second coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select at a rate of 0.45–0.5 ltr/sqmt/coat with each coat opposite to other. Place a 45-gsm glass fiber mesh with a size of 2.5 mm by 2.5 mm between the first and second coats while the first coat is still wet.

STEP 4

Air cure at least 7 days
