Application

STEP 1

Surface Preparation:
Ensure the adhesive or mortar is fully hardened, joints are clean and empty to at least two-thirds of tile thickness, and any excess material inside joints is completely removed.

STEP 2

Mixing:
Mix PART A: 100 parts by weight & PART B: 8 parts by weight
The paste is workable for approximately 1 hour at a temperature about +23°C

STEP 3

Grouting:
• Introduce grout into joints using a green rubber float and press firmly with a hard rubber squeeze/grout floater.
• Hold the float at 90° and pull diagonally at 45° across joints and tiles to avoid pulling out material.

STEP 4

Cleaning:
• Sprinkle clean water over the grouted surface and, if needed, use a float with moistened white felt for initial cleaning.
• Make circular movements in both directions to seal tile edges and remove excess grout from the surface.
