Application

STEP 1

Clean the existing surface thoroughly using pressure water jet.

STEP 2

All surface and patchwork restore with polymer modified mortar (PMM) prepared using Dr. Fixit Super Latex

STEP 3

Apply a prime coat with a 50% dilution using potable water, achieving a self-priming coverage rate of approximately 8.0–10.0 m2/Ltr per coat. Allow the coat to dry for 3–4 hours
